- All the prices of our products are including VAT .
- The price for each frames includes one soft or one hard case and a microfiber cloth for cleaning.
- For wrapping, packaging and shipping we ask for a small contribution of € 15. To ship the frames we generally use Posta Raccomandata , the service of Poste Italiane , which allows you to monitor the status of your shipment at any time . Ottica Vascellari is not responsible for addresses incomplete or supplied incorrectly , and reserves the right to charge any shipping costs encountered in resending the goods. Usually the shipment takes place within the third business day after receiving the payment except for Saturdays and Sundays.

- Our products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects including rods and hinges. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the device, nor any breakage of the front or mechanical parts. The glasses can be repaired / replaced at our discretion .
RETURN OF GOODS
- In case for some reason you want to return the goods, please contact us in advance via email to obtain the RMA. Returns of non-authorized products will be sent back to the sender. The glasses must be returned along with the original packaging, the receipt and the demo lenses inserted correctly . We will replace/exchange only after receiving the returned item.
